I just noticed some new pictures on FaceBook with my good friends in Amman, Jordan. They were involved in an Aid Gaza Souq (Market) and some friends took some photos. I hope they raised a lot of money for Gaza after the tragic events bought to them the past 3 weeks. What I did like was a real world game of Sock & Awe, where people could pay just 1JD (ONLY?!) for 10 throws of a shoe at….guess who? As some people may know, throwing a shoe at someone in Arab culture is one of the biggest insults you can give. So how better than to raise money for Gaza while also insulting the people who perpertrated the tradegies of the past 3 weeks.
